Have you ever heard of the Delphi Technique? This was developed as a psychological warfare strategy during the Cold War by a political think-tank called the Rand Corporation. I have read about it in this thick, standard trade sized hardback by a whistleblower and former American teacher Beverly K. Eakman. It's titled "Educating for the New World Order"
It was through Eakman that I've found out about Anita Hoge, a civil family rights activist who writes articles on exposing what's been wrong with Rotten Core.
