You should give MM another try! The whole three days can get tough sometimes, though it's usually not so bad when you have the option to play the ocarina to have time slowed down.
I hope ya do get to play Gex 3. Hehe, some of the things that Gecko says... Some of the levels are awesome, such as the anime one, Tut TV... The Fairy Tales level is quite challenging. I remember having problems on climbing that beanstalk! I kept falling down to the ground. (I don't remember playing the other two, but once I started playing Gex 3 when I was a kid I got hooked!)
