- On Zelda: Majora's Mask, hehe, I switched games without saving to try this other game on my N64. I got my stolen bottle back! At some point I ended up sitting on Epona firing arrows at that big headed awful bird, from a distance. (It takes over 10 arrows to take him out, but in the end it's worth it, 'cause there's a BIG orange rupee! I think that's 500 rupees.) Ha, serves the Takuri right for stealing from me!

-I sold a bunch of books today! Two returning customers came to my shop. Last week I was open only on Sunday because it's snowed quite a bit last Monday. Today made up the lack of people last weekend.

-Finished my short experimental track! Finally! It took way longer than I thought, partially due to how cold it's been last week, but hey I got it done!

On SoundCloud, an hour after I uploaded this, three people heard and loved it! :D (I've yet to get any feedback for Catacombs over at my spot at Newgrounds.)

-Updated my webpage a bit, minutes ago. I added the new track onto what I listed on the Music page, and put up the news announcement for it on the Home page! I'm serious on podcast planning. Here's what I know I ought to include so far:

1. Music update on my Darius Twin remix.

2. Sharing something I heard on YouTube that's sped up. In fact, I can use Audacity and record a track or two tonight! I'll save those audio files and add them in later.

3. I think I'll mention about my writing. At least say why it's been over a month since the last time I recorded a podcast.

4. Ask a curious question towards my listeners that can leave replies by commenting on here, my music YouTube page, and on my next Artist News post on Newgrounds! Yeah, that'll be something else new to do for a podcast. :D

- I was in a music kinda mood when I was cruising YouTube one day, and I found out someone had made these parodies using media clips of the President talking to make these!

My parents and I aren't thrilled in the least about his health care plan, and it amused me a lot to see the brilliant ridiculousness such as this. (I wonder if The Five on Fox News channel my dad watches discovered these yet, lol.)

- This one guy made an original song about the Skull Kid and the mask from the Majora's Mask game some days back! I'm so glad I found this. I added it to a playlist that's got songs and instrumentals that are very Majora-like. (This guy has a great voice and is a very good song writer. <3)

I'm still on YouTube, and I'm thinking about catching up with PeanutButterGamer. He's this funny dude who "reviews" and plays various video games. I hope he doesn't totally go bonkers while playing more LSD Dream Simulator and Mario 64: Chaos Edition. XD

I used to hate riding Epona around and shooting arrows. (I do not have the required level of coordination to make that exercise anything less than absolutely frustrating.) But then I played Shadow of the Colossus, and man, is Epona so much easier to control than Agro. I will never speak shit about Epona again.

I like the track you made! (Though unfortunately my surroundings make it impossible for me to hear anything but a whisper of anything under the main beat. I shall take a better listen of it when I'm in a quieter environment!) :D

I ... can't even contemplate how long it took to create those Obama videos. o___O Damn. People who do music/video editing boggle my mind; I found it so extremely frustrating when I had to do it for school that I've sworn it off forever.

Shadow of the Colossus is an awesome game! Yeah, Epona is definitely easier to steer than riding on Argo, and using your sword beam GPS to find the next Colossi... That got annoying. XD

You don't have headphones? It might be a good idea to get one when it comes to listening to music while other stuff's going on in the background. (This track in fact passed the headphones test almost perfectly! I only had to amplify the master volume some.)

I was really impressed too. It'd take me a day or so to find what Obama footage I'd want. It'd take me maybe a month or so to do that kind of editing? Maybe more. I can only sort of imagine it takes a lot of careful, intricate editing!

I have headphones! But my radiator is loud as all get-out, and I basically have to catch a break between when it's not functioning to hear anything coming outta my computer. XD

A bit off-topic, but that Obama Pokemon video made me think about an FF7!Pokemon AU while I was out grocery-shopping today. Genesis and his trusty Charmander (nicknamed Minerva, ofc) stealing out of Banora late at night to go make a name for himself in the wide world, Angeal chasing after him with a Bulbasaur (named Buster) in tow.

... that practically sounds like canon, now that I think about. Except with Pokemon.

Ha, that's adorable! I'd like to read that story sometime. :D My friend who RPs with me that has a Genesis muse, and he even has a Poke'mon villain. Next time I chat with him on AIM, I'll be sure to mention this, lol.

New entry coming up. I've found someone AMAZING on YouTube who does really impressive CG animation! I'm about to share this one short that's just excited me, had me think, WHOA while I was watching the video. <3 Really, in my gut I know I must share. XD

You will probably be among the first to see it if I ever write it! It is fortunately one of those AUs whose plot came out fully formed (unlike some of my other AUs), but we'll see if I ever dredge up the time/motivation between school to put it down on paper.

The Shake It Off vid is fantastic! Amazing work.

Catacombs is a grower, I think. It's got a really nice relaxed vibe to it.

I'm gonna resist the temptation to discuss healthcare :) (The health service here is set up completely differently to that in the US so I know nothing XD)

Yeah it's a nice little break from the two successful tracks I've completed before Catacombs. They're more intense. :) Sometime I plan on getting another game remix started.
