onedeadplotbunny. It looks very interesting, and I think I might need some help to inspire and motivate myself on going back to writing at least one of my Death Note fanfictions. I have one on fanfiction.net called Collide, about this suspenseful concept I've completed 14 chapters for. I'll copy and paste the summary I wrote... (It's self-insert ish, just to give a heads up. Ish, because I'll be writing changes for my own original character as I write more for this.)
Probably not your typical "Holy crap, I'm in Death Note" story... It began as just an ordinary weekday morning for Marianne, to what she could remember. She's somehow wound up in the world of a favorite, one very exciting fandom--but there's one big problem: she doesn't know how she got there! An memory gap would exist in her mind, between where she was on the way to her day job and waking up from unconsciousness at a hospital in Tokyo.
Beyond anyone's control, even her own, her arrival changes everything! Nothing seems the same from the way she's read and watched. Marianne strongly feels she must protect herself by keeping secrets about being from another world, along with what would have happened if she hadn't shown up there. She begins to feel paranoid to keep the truth from Light Yagami, lying and letting him assume that the Death Note Ryuk stole is her personal journal.
How long will that last? Will she be able to return home, or will she end up dead?
Original characters will enter into this tale of suspense, as well as those we know and love. Connections and bonds will be made. Lives and destinies are about to be changed as the mystery behind Marianne's abrupt shall gradually be revealed.
So far, this has been written really well. It's believable too. Over 50 people on fanfiction.net love this story. It's been two years since I last wrote anything for it, but I hadn't forgotten all about it! I'm just slow in making room for it. >.<
Also, I think I might want to get back into writing character prompts for my muses again. So far it's one word prompts for my two Durarara ones; Anri Sonohara, and Izaya Orihara. I've felt inspired between two people on my friends list. You know who you are. ;)
Victim, Slash, and Knife I think would be good for Anri. Knife and Crime would be good for Izaya.
If anything else comes to mind, I'll edit in those future story ideas.
